"There are monster's my dear children and when you do bad, they come and kill you." This was the basic plot line of old stories that were once told in order to get their kids to obey and act polite. However over the years these things started drifting off into a mere myth and now where children once feared them, they now basically idolize them from all of the movies and novels about them. But everyone knew that these creatures never existed and while some wished that they did, they are sure there dreams are hopeless. At least that is how the government hopes they would realize. It made hiding these creatures much easier. You heard right. What did you expect? They are always hiding something.
