Town Square

A large open space is in the center of the town, beaten down to dirt. Shops, resteruants, and homes surround the busy street, in the center of the circle of buildings is a large metal sculpture. Supposedly the sculpture is of the Earth with Government overlords watching over it. But most people only see a bunch of stick figures hovering over a globe with sinister intent.
