The Freedom is a ship styled after the Xebec, a rather small, fast vessel, of the sixteenth to nineteenth centuries, used exclusively in the Mediterranean sea. With 3 masts, and blood red lanteen sails (triangular sails) it was built for maneuverability during flight; it has a distinctive hull with pronounced overhanging bow and stern, as well as a narrow floor to achieve higher speeds. The middle, and largest, sail has the symbol of the freedom fighters: a blue whale in flight, a piercing in it's tongue and it's tail stitched in gold on the red sail. The ship has been painted black, as night. There is also a figure head on the hull of a young woman chained to the ship -- a threat, or salvation, no one ever knows. Some say the woman has a suspicious similarity to it's Captain, but no one dares to suggest it to her face.
The Freedom is split into two levels below Deck - the upper level where the Great Cabin and Galley are, and the lower level where there is storage, bunking, and the Brig. The upper level is bisected; the lower level, trisected. Along the belly of the ship there are spikes that can retract at a moment's whim; along the stern there is a syphon attachment to spew out Sea Fire, which burns even if the enemy finds themselves under water.Captain: SANKARI V.

Each man and woman is allowed to have their own personal weaponry, and is, in fact, encouraged; however, in the deck house there are an arrangement of weapons that are expected to be used as well. If you find yourself in need of something, do not hesitate to use what we have on hand:
-- Long bows
-- incendiary arrows
-- pots containing combustible substances
-- poison for blades and arrows
-- knives
-- daggers
-- short swords
-- long swords
-- grapples and hooks
-- double headed spears
-- combat kwandaos
-- combat pudaos
-- ropes

The goals of the SS Freedom are simple: to follow every order that passes the Captain's lips. She is considered the voice of the Gods -- and what the Gods are fighting for, is you. The Drone has her strange, merciless way of rebelling, but stay out of her way, and you'll find yourself quite alive, and winning. The less questions you ask, the happier you'll be.
